Owing to the many diseases which can be attributed to poor lifestyles and eating habits, the healthy lifestyle concept continues to be a global trend. CAMAF is always looking for ways to support and encourage healthier and balanced living.

 

What does the CAMAF Wellness Club entail?

This online health and wellness solution offers information and practical tools to equip you with the resources, knowledge and motivation to live a healthier, more productive life, at no extra cost. ALL CAMAF members and their dependants have access to the club, regardless of their selected Benefit Option.

 

We have combined a virtual wellness team of group trainers, coaches, and health professionals all for you into one programme. They will guide you step by step in reaching your goals, educating you about health and wellness, whilst tracking your progress and most importantly, having fun.

 

Our goal is to create a healthy culture for all, therefore non-CAMAF members at our employer firms also have access to selected content. Access is easy…no log-in, no fees, no forms. Just click and enjoy. Go ahead, invite your colleagues!
